✓ Online counselling is offered via Doxy.me which is free and easy to use; Julie sends you a link via email and once you click on it you are connected securely to Julie online.

- we offer a sliding scale on rates

Vary depending on type, size and location of group.

Payment:
The payments we accept are e transfer and cash. Official receipts (which includes Registered Social Worker Licence number) will be given in session or will be emailed for online sessions.

Cancellation Policy:
When an appointment needs to be cancelled or moved, we require 24 hours notice which does not include Sundays, otherwise the full cost of the appointment will be charged. To cancel an appointment please call 250-309-7055 and also email Debra @ OLRCmoreinfo@gmail.com
